CPC 100 — a universal test set for primary equipment replaces several test sets. Its application speeds up test execution, as well as reduces the cost of employees training how to operate the test equipment and the cost of its transportation on-site. The CPC 100 is ideal for commissioning and maintenance of substation equipment. A wide range of accessories allows to carry out most of the routine tests T, AT, G, D, HV and MV switches, as well as a number of extended tests. The CPC 100 can be controlled using the front panel or Primary Test Manager™ (PTM) software installed on a laptop.
TESTRANO 600 — portable three-phase set for performing standard electrical tests on three-phase power transformers and autotransformers. It is used for both routine: on-site diagnostics and factory acceptance tests. TESTRANO 600 enables a wide range of power transformer tests to be carried out without rewiring. Three built-in sources allow to speed up testing by measuring all three phases simultaneously. Compared to standard single-phase test sets, TESTRANO 600 three times reduces the test time.
FRANEO 800 — test set (sweep frequency response analyzer) for detecting defects in cores, windings and tie-down elements of power transformers:
DIRANA — test set for determining the condition of high voltage insulation systems such as power transformers, cables and generators. Based on dielectric frequency response (DFR) DIRANA, determines the moisture content of oil-paper insulated power. The measurement results are compared with values from an integrated database and the moisture content is graduated from dry to very wet according to IEC 60422. DIRANA reduces the required measurement time up to 50% because the device uses polarization depolarization current and frequency domain spectroscopy (PDC и FDS).
CIBANO 500 – test system for voltage circuit breakers that combines a micro-ohmmeter, timing analyzer, and a coil and motor supply. All important CB tests on all types of CBs can be carried out even when a station battery is not available. Thanks to the unique connection technology, the amount of work on wiring and the time required for this has been reduced up to 50%. In addition, OMICRON's Primary Test Manager™ (PTM) software and included Circuit Breaker Test Library (CBTL) simplify test management and automatically generate a clear, straightforward protocol for all procedures performed.
CT Analyzer — set for testing CT. After connecting to the CT and starting the test, the unit automatically detects all important CT parameters within a minute and evaluates the results according to IEC or IEEE standards. This enables fast and easy on-site testing and calibration of current transformers for metering and relay protection. CT, power transformer and switchgear manufacturers also use the CT Analyzer for testing during development and production.
VOTANO 100 allows you to quickly test protection and measuring voltage transformers (VT). Measurement results are automatically evaluated according to IEEE and IEC standards. The VOTANO 100 uses a model-based testing method that has already proven its reliability in OMICRON's CT Analyzers. Its lightweight design makes it ideal for performing production testing and calibration work on electrical power grids. VT manufacturers use VOTANO 100 for calibration during production and in test laboratories.
MPD 800 — universal system for measurement and analysis of partial discharge (PD), represents a new generation of the well-known innovative MPD technology. Advanced and new hardware and software features enable to perform efficient multichannel PD measurements in accordance with industry standards on various types of electrical equipment and its components. The MPD 800 detects and localizes insulation faults and helps assess the risk of electrical equipment failure.
MONTESTO 200 — system for online measurements and temporary partial discharge monitoring. It can be used on various medium-voltage and high-voltage electrical assets under load to assess insulation condition. Due to its high level of protection (IP65) MONTESTO 200 can be used both indoors and outdoors. Automated software features enable users to quickly and reliably identify and locate signal sources of PD.
