Electrotechnical company «Eknis-Ukraine» works in the energy market of Ukraine since 2006. Company performs the delivery of power equipment of all voltage classes, instrumentation and automation equipment, and also gas-analyzing equipment. The most part of supplied equipment manufactured at the factories of the concern ABB, which the company has close partnerships. Company's customers are SE «NPC «Ukrenergo» and its constituent power systems, power supply and power generating companies in Ukraine, such as JSC «Ukrhydroenergo», as well as large industrial enterprises and centralized public utilities of cities.

Since 2007, the company has expanded the scope of their activities through a new direction - design and implementation of industrial automation systems - introducing a system of control and protection of synchronous motor of compressor for production of carbamide of Odessa port plant. The system is based on the regulator of current excitation of JSC «Čkd Elektrotechnika» and terminals of relay protection of ABB.

In 2008 implemented 10 projects of industrial automatization and AMR systems were implemented, including new systems at Odessa port plant and first of all AMR system of SJSC «Chornomornaftogaz». Developing of project of top level SCS of substation 330 kV «Severnaya», based on MicroSCADA. Equipment of engineering inputs of 57 multiapartment houses in Zhitomir with metering and regulation of heat («Sempal») has been fulfilled.

In 2009 implemented more than 10 projects were implemented designing the reconstruction of relay protection, packing list, setting up protections at substations in power systems of SE «NPC «Ukrenergo», development of concepts of dispatching systems of JSC «DC «Dniprooblenergo», JSC «Cherkassyoblenergo», development of AMR system at SJSC «Chornomornaftogaz» etc.

In 2010 projects of AMR system at JSC «DC «Dniprooblenergo», JSC «DC «Nikolaevoblenergo», replacement standby protection overhead power transmission line 330 kV at substation «Khmelnytsky» of South-West power system of SE «NPC «Ukrenergo», remote control at substations of JSC «DC «Dniprooblenergo» and JSC «Cherkassyoblenergo», reconstruction of the excitation system of generator TVG-200M of unit №8 of Khurahovo thermal power plant, LLC «Vostokenergo», reconstruction of substation 150 kV «Centralnaya» JSC «DC «Nikolaevoblenergo» are implementing.
